Motorola Service Station
Total Radio, Inc., a fully authorized Motorola Service Station (MSS) and Motorola Dealer started as a result of Motorola's decision to sell their existing Company Owned Service Centers. The Tulsa Branch was purchased in May of 1995 and the Oklahoma City branch in January of 1996. Both Service Centers have been in business for over 10 years and have well established customer bases in the Public Safety, Military, Industrial, and Commercial Markets.
The Certified Service Center (CSC) program is designed as a tool to help consumers find quality service centers, to help electronics and appliance manufacturers select service centers for in-warranty repairs, and to provide a standard for professional service firms that desire to offer outstanding customer service.
With the Canopy Advantage platform, broadband providers can now offer premium services wirelessly (such as VoIP and video) as an alternative or extension to DSL or T1/E1 services.
